Can we still work with CSP if we already hired another firm?

Yes. Many of our clients come to us after another firm is already engaged. We operate as a complementary partner, not competition. Our model is low-volume, high-touch, and often brings candidates other firms miss. 

Will this duplicate efforts or confuse candidates?

No. We coordinate carefully to avoid overlap. Our screening, messaging, and outreach strategy is distinct, deeper, and far more targeted, so candidates see a clear and consistent representation of your opportunity. 

What value do you add that we're not already getting?

Most large firms spread recruiters across 40 to 60 searches. We cap loads, handle every search personally, and communicate weekly. That means faster sourcing, stronger screening, and fewer dead ends. 

We don't want to pay two placement fees. How does this make sense financially?

You only pay for a successful hire. If your current firm isn’t producing, you’re losing revenue every day the position remains unfilled. CSP gives you another high-quality pipeline without additional upfront cost. 

What if my current firm eventually delivers?

Great — you win either way. We’re here to shorten your timeline and strengthen your pool. If your existing firm succeeds first, there’s no fee from us. If we succeed first, you finally get the physician you’ve been waiting on. 

So why add CSP at all?
